Paid Social Specialist (English speaking)

Then you could become our new Paid Social Specialist at an ambitious digital marketing agency in the heart of Copenhagen.
As Paid Social Specialist at PL & Partners, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of ambitious clients. You work both strategically and operationally on their social media performance and build close relationships with your clients. We partner with both growth companies and established brands, and we prioritize advisory that drives real impact on their business.
You'll join our Paid Social team and work closely with colleagues across SEM and creative. Together, we build campaigns that perform and solutions that scale.
Your responsibilities
- Strategy and roadmaps for your clients.
- Setting up, optimizing, and evaluating ads on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Owning performance and budget across your client portfolio.
- Analyzing results and using data to inform decisions.
- Reporting and presentations with recommendations.
- Ongoing sparring with colleagues from SEM and creative.
- Proactively developing your clients' marketing efforts.
As Paid Social Specialist, you'll take ownership of your own client portfolio. We work with everything from ambitious growth companies to established C25 companies. We work with clients who have six- and seven-figure monthly ad budgets on Meta, and you'll take full ownership of their performance. Your decisions should drive real business impact, and you'll own the process end to end.
Our professional expectations of you
- Minimum two years of experience with paid social and digital marketing.
- Solid experience in advertising on Meta and LinkedIn.
- You are comfortable working with tracking, analytics, and advertising platforms.
- You know how marketing impacts business and financial performance.
- You're comfortable with client dialogue and advisory.
- You work in a structured way and take ownership of your results.
