Founded in 2015, PL & Partners is a Copenhagen-based digital marketing agency working with ambitious growth companies and established C25 brands, spending +350mDKK across paid channels annually. We’re organized in specialized teams across Paid Social, SEM and Creative, with a vertical focus on Lead-gen, E-commerce and Pharma, and we prioritize advisory that creates real business impact for our clients.
We’re in the middle of an AI transformation and we’re looking for a builder who can help us accelerate it. You’ll work in close collaboration with our partner Haris Skrijelj on the projects that will define how PL & Partners operates over the next years.
Haris has been programming and building tools since he was 13, and he holds a BSc in International Business and an MSc in Finance & Private Equity. Today he builds exclusively with Claude Code, focusing mainly on architecture, workflows and product design rather than writing code by hand. You'll get a hands-on technical partner who builds alongside you, shares what he knows and is invested in helping you grow.
About the role
We want to accelerate the internal AI transformation of PL & Partners across the entire agency. Today, our specialists work in a decentralized way with Claude, skills and custom tools we build ourselves. It works but we want to move faster, consolidate what we’ve learned, and turn it into something bigger.
That’s where you come in. You’ll take a leading role together with Haris in shaping and shipping the internal tools, platforms and workflows that make an AI-first agency actually work in practice. It’s a role where you get to build a lot, fast and with AI as your primary developer.
Your role
- Take co-ownership of building internal tools and platforms from scratch - end to end.
- Design the architecture - databases, backend, frontend - and let AI write the code.
- Think through flows, UX and product design together with us.
- Ship fast, iterate, get real usage from the team, and improve from there.
- Take initiative and lead the projects you own - this isn’t a ticket-cruncher role.
Our professional expectations of you
- You’re currently studying a Master’s in computer science, software engineering, or similar (DTU, ITU, DIKU or comparable).
- You’re strong in Node.js, TypeScript and databases.
- You’re comfortable with version control (git/GitHub) and have shipped a project of your own.
- You are AI-first: you build with Claude (or similar) as your primary developer, and you’ve already delivered at least one project where AI wrote the majority of the code.
- You take ownership, you’re proactive, and you thrive with a lot of freedom under responsibility.
Bonus if you have
- Experience with React or Next.js.
- Interest in data platforms, ingestion pipelines, or analytics.
- Something you built from zero in the context of hackathons, side projects, school projects or similar - and can walk us through how you shipped it.
Practical
- Part-time - ideally three full days (8 hours) a week at our office in central Copenhagen.
- Start date: September 1st, 2026 or as soon as possible after that.
- Application deadline: August 15th, 2026.
